Cancellation
Guests can cancel free of charge until 30 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel in the 30 days before arrival. If the guest doesn’t show up, they will be charged the total price of the reservation.
Prepayment
Guests are required to make a 60% deposit to reserve rooms up to 14 days before arrival after which full payment is required. The outstanding amount to settle the account must be made on or before arrival.

Children from 3 years old to 12 years old stay at child rates as indicated on the booking form.

Guest payment options
- Credit card payments processed by Yoco
- Bank account details can be provided for electronic fund transfers and bank deposits, but reservations will only be confirmed and honoured once funds have cleared the account.
- No cash payment is allowed.
House rules
- Indoor smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Parties/events are not allowed.
- Quiet hours between 22:00 and 07:00.
Internet and parking
- Internet - WiFi available in the units is free of charge (subject to service availability by service provider).
- Secure outdoor parking provided
